Children and young adults benefit just as much from team building as adults. Big Sister Team Building activities teach leadership and communication through hands-on fun. In addition, we will address social difficulties and conflict with active discussion. Our learning experiences focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM), with all activities designed by an engineer. We also use Team Building Activities to enhance their experience with us and emphasize on connections and social skills. Our participants may not end up with cookie cutter projects at the end of the day, but they will have exciting stories about how they worked together and learned to respect one other!
Our sessions are customizable for ages 5-18 and groups as large as 20. They are appropriate for after-school programs, scout troops, church, outreach organizations or any group you can put together.
