Urban Ballroom: Urban Ballroom is a elegant and sophisticated partner dance that adds soul and grace to other Ballroom Dances. Urban Ballroom may be called Detroit Style Ballroom also. There are several classes available in and out of our region.
Chicago Stepping: Chicago stepping is a smooth improvisational partner dance that originated in Chicago’s South Side and is characterized by its creativity , style and non-verbal communication.
Line Dancing: Line dancing is a type of dance where dancers line up in a row without partners and follow a choreographed pattern of steps to music. Line dancing is a great form of exercise that you can make your own!
